At WooPay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund when the product has been returned within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the product must be returned to us within this 30-day period. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process the applicable refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
